Storm over the marsh

Standing out back of Mrs. Kelly's house, one of the wonders of the marsh is the march of a storm across the water and grass, much as Andrew Jackson and his men did when they came through here. They got into boats at Jackson Landing on Mulatto Bayou near Pearlington and were guided into New Orleans through the bayous, arriving in time to defeat the British.
